How is the invoice total calculated?

Each line's amount is quantity multiplied by unit price. The subtotal adds every line, tax is the subtotal multiplied by your tax rate, and the total is the subtotal plus tax. All three update live as you edit.

Can I add my own tax rate?

Yes. Enter any percentage in the tax field and it is applied to the subtotal. Set it to 0 if the invoice is tax-exempt or you handle tax separately.

Does this invoice generator store my information?
