How do I convert decimal hours back to minutes?

Multiply the fractional part by 60. For 4.6 hours, 0.6 times 60 gives 36, so 4.6 hours is 4 hours 36 minutes. The converter does this instantly and shows the result in hh:mm form.

What is 6-minute rounding on a timesheet?
