Instagram famously collapses blank lines in captions and bios: hit return twice, post, and your careful spacing is gone. The usual cause is trailing spaces at the end of a line and truly empty lines, both of which Instagram strips. This tool rewrites your caption so the breaks survive — it removes trailing whitespace and places an invisible Unicode character on each blank line so Instagram keeps it.

Frequently asked questions
Why does Instagram remove my line breaks?
Instagram strips lines that are empty or contain only spaces, and it also trims trailing spaces — a single space after your last word before pressing return is enough to collapse the break. Filling blank lines with an invisible character prevents the collapse.
What character does this tool insert?
By default it uses the Braille blank (U+2800), an invisible-looking character Instagram treats as real content. You can switch to the Hangul filler or a zero-width space, though the Braille blank survives most reliably.
Do the invisible characters show up to my followers?
No. They render as blank space, so your caption simply shows clean paragraph spacing. They do count a few characters toward the 2,200-character caption limit, which the tool's counter includes.
Does this work for Instagram bios too?
