About the Bulk QR Code Generator
The Bulk QR Code Generator creates a separate QR code for every line you paste — up to 250 in one go. Drop in a list of product URLs, asset tags, table numbers, ticket codes or menu links and get a labelled grid of codes back in seconds.
It removes the tedium of generating codes one at a time for inventory labels, event seating, classroom stations, warehouse bins or a batch of short links. Add a friendly label before a pipe character and it is printed under the code and used in the file name, so the right sticker always ends up on the right thing.
Every code is rendered in your browser with no upload, which matters when the list contains internal URLs or customer references. Download codes individually as PNG, or export the whole batch as a single contact-sheet image ready to print and cut up.
Frequently asked questions
How many QR codes can I generate at once?
Up to 250 lines in a single batch. That keeps the preview grid responsive on a phone; for larger jobs, split the list and run it as a couple of batches.
Can I add a label to each QR code?
Yes. Put the label first, then a pipe character, then the value to encode — for example Bin A12 | ASSET-4471. The label appears under the code in the preview and on the print sheet, and it is used in the PNG file name.
How do I print a whole sheet of QR codes?
Press Download contact sheet PNG. Every code is composited onto one image with its label underneath, in the number of columns you chose, ready to print on plain paper or a label sheet and cut up.
Do bulk QR codes expire or need a subscription?
No. These are static QR codes — the destination is encoded directly into the pattern, so there is no redirect service in the middle, nothing to renew and nothing that can stop working. The trade-off is that you cannot change the destination later.
Which error-correction level should I use?
Medium is a good default for screens and clean paper. Choose Quartile or High for labels that may get scratched, curved around a bottle, or printed small — you trade a denser pattern for damage tolerance.
